Unemployment is Not a Fatality

The Zero Unemployment Movement launched on April 1st. It is a grassroots movement to address the inefficiencies of the labor markets.

“There is no reason for recruiting to be painful and lengthy and expensive. And that is what we want to fix…Recruiting is not rocket science; cast a wide net and make the right choice.”

How can the labor markets be improved? How can inefficiencies in the recruiting process be addressed? Many people have contributed to the Zero Unemployment Movement, and more ideas will go a long way toward driving down unemployment.
